WUSTHOF 2 STAGE KNIFE SHARPENER

This manual sharpener sharpens and hones straight and serrated knives, as well as common household scissors and kitchen shears. The sharpener has two sharpening stages for knives; coarse diamond rods quickly set the edge and fine ceramic stones finish (hone) the edge.

The positions of the diamond rods and ceramic stones are preset to ensure the correct sharpening angle every time; simply insert the knife blade at a 90° angle to the sharpener and pull the knife blade through the sharpening slot.
